- Your notes, folders, pins, reminders, theme preferences, and biometric lock state.
- Attachments you save with documents.
- This data stays on your device unless you share/export or use an online feature.
b) Online Data (processed when you use online features)
- Content you submit for AI chat/summaries or transcription (text, audio, video, images, PDF, or YouTube URLs).
- Technical data necessary to operate online features (e.g., basic device/app info, network status).
- Payment metadata for purchases (processed by app stores; we do not store full payment details).
c) Device Permissions
- Camera: scan to text using the camera or images.
- Microphone: live audio recording to text.
- Storage/Files: save and attach documents; export/share notes.
- Biometrics: lock/unlock notes on your device.
- Internet: enable online services (AI, transcription, payment) and ads for the free tier.
- Notifications: show reminders at scheduled times.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide and improve the App and its features.
- Process your requests (AI chat, summaries, transcription) when you choose to use online services.
- Deliver and measure advertisements in the free tier.

- Offline data remains on your device. We encourage regular backups according to your needs.
